Shipping is to Continental United State ONLY.

RETURNS: Equipment may not be returned for warranty or credit without our authorization number clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping carton. Authorization numbers are available from the main office. Any returned equipment which is to be credited against your account must be returned in like new condition. A 20% restocking and testing fee will be charged for non-defective returns to be credited to your account. Returns for non-defective merchandise will not be accepted after 60 days. Freight collect returns will not be accepted. Call 816-525-5522 for RMA # and shipping address for returns.

Due to technical differences in computer equipment, we cannot be responsible for differences in picture size, shape and color from the actual products.

The receipt of an order confirmation from us is simply a confirmation that we have received your order, and does not obligate us to fill the order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of anything sold, prohibit the sale altogether, or change the pricing at anytime without notice. No order will be processed at a higher product price without express permission from you. Shipping costs displayed on the web site are estimated, but you will be asked permission before your order ships if the shipping cost will be higher than displayed.
